5-3

Here are the rest of the top 5 PGs

5. Rajon Rondo- He has stepped it up as a point guard this last year. When KG went out the Celtics needed him to step up and he did. He was almost averaging a triple double throughout the playoffs and was a big part for the Celtics success. He still has some room to improve but he is establishing himself as an all-star PG.

4. Tony Parker- This Frenchmen and Finals MVP was always in the shadow of Tim Duncan as the best player on the Spurs but Tony is starting to take over that role. He had a career year this year averaging 22 ppg and almost 7 assits. He will have to take on a more important role for the Spurs because a lot of them are getting older and look for him to step up to the challenge.

3. Deron Williams- He is the second coming of Stockton for the Jazz. He fits the Jazz game plan perfectly by running the pick and roll better than any one. He would have been higher but the Jazz had a bad year compared to last year and a lot of that has to do with the injuries on the Jazz. He will be competing to be one of the top 2 PG in the league for years to come.

The controversial top 2 will be appearing soon

Sorry! PG 10-6

Sorry I have been away for so long but I am back ready to blog again.  I promised you all my top 10 players at every position in the NBA (the players i want on my team for next year) and here we go for the Point Guards 10-6

10. Gilbert Arenas-  Some may say this is a homer pick but when healthy he is a top 5 PG.  Just look two years ago before he got injured he was in the MVP race.  If Gilbert comes back healthy, see him moving up these rankings.

9. Jason Kidd-  I know you are thinking, you mean Terry not Kidd right but no.  Kidd does everything on the court.  He is the best rebounding point guard in the league and knows how to set-up his players

8. Derrick Rose-  This kid is gonna be a stud.  He played great in the postseason versus Boston and seems to be maturing every game.  This kid is gonna be of the best point guards for years to come he just needs to be more consistent and that will come over time.

7.  Devin Harris-  The steal of the Jason Kidd trade.  He has improved greatly this year averaging 21 points a game and 6.9 assists.  He looks like a force to be reckoned with in years to come.

6. Steve Nash-  He has started to show signs of age now.  He is still one of the best creator in the league but his body can't take the wear and tear like years in the past.  His assist and points both saw decline but he still is some one who can take over a game.

Whats next!!

Since it is NBA playoff time I will be giving my top 10 players at every postions.

Top Video Games 5-1

Its now for the most anticipated rankings of all-time and the countdown to the greatest video game of all-time.

5. Super Mario 64 (N64)-  One of the first games to come out for N64.  This game was so much fun and having to collect all the star made it more challenging then other games.  I just remember beating the story and then spending hours on trying to collect all the stars and once i finished that i felt like i really accomplished something just because it was so hard to do.

4. Super Mario 3-  This was the best Mario game ever.  It was not to easy but yet not too hard.  The best thing about this game was that you were able to wear different animal suits like a bear, frog or raccoon.  The one thing that made this game stand out was that you could beat it in under 15 minutes, if you know all the shortcuts.  That made it also challenging and exciting because you woudl see how fast you could beat the game in.

3. Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) - Zelda was such a great game because the story was great and the gameplay was even better.  It was fun starting out as a little kid going to different chambers and learning different tunes for your ocarina.  It seemed so peaceful while you were a kid but the most exciting part about this game was when you grew up.  You were able to ride a horse, get new tunic, and new swords.  Once you beat the game you were ready to play it all over again.

2. Super Smash Brothers (N64)-  This game was my favorite fighting game ever.  To this day I could pick up the N64 controllers and still play for hours.  This is the greatest multiplayer game ever because everyone can enjoy it.  It is such a simple but easy game which led to hours of fun.  It also was cool being able to play with all of your childhood video game stars and have them fight against each other.

1. Pokemon (Gameboy) Heaps you were right that this is the greatest game of all-time.  This game had such a huge influence on every one.  It was so fun trying to catch each Pokemon and the simple concept of catching Pokemon and using them to battle.  The best thing about this game is that you had to trade with your friends to get all 150.  You could even battle against your friend and when Pokemon stadium came out you could use them and watch them fight in 3-D.  I am proud to say I spent too many hours playing this game and for it to be number 1

Video Games 10-6

Its now time for the top 10 of my countdown to the best video game ever.

10. Mario Kart 64 (N64)-  This is my favorite racing game of all time.  It is so simple yet so much fun.  The courses are fun and the whole concept of picking up items to use them while racing makes it even more enjoyable.  The only downside is that there is not more courses or else this game would be in the top 5.  Its a great game for all ages and is great when playing with friends sober or drunk.

9.  Madden 2005 (PS2)-  Of all the Maddens, 2005 was the best.  They added a more in depth Franchise mode, where you became the owner in charge of everything from tickets prices to relocating a team.  The gameplay it self was what make it stand out more than anything.  The addition of the hit stick makes for great highlights and unlike other gamplay addition (QB Vision) it has actually stayed in the game.  Lastly it doesn't hurt that football is the most exciting sport to watch and play so making a video game of it was destined for success.

8.  Call of Duty 4 (XBOX 360)-  This is the best of all the Call of Duty series.  The guns, the game control, and the maps were all surperior then any of the others past and present.  The online mode made it stand out more than any other game at the time.  I would play hours upon hours with friends and would still not get bored.  The newest COD was not as exciting except for the zombies attack and hopefully COD 6 goes back to the roots of the COD 4.

7. Halo 2 (XBOX) - The best first person shooting game ever.  This game was second to none when it came to the ease and gameplay of it.  I would play this game all the time and being able to play it with other friends online made it so much better.  The guns were easy to pick up and the vehicles gave it a little something extra as well.  Hopefully all first person shooter can follow their design because this is the standard of shooting games.

6.  Final Fantasy X (PS2)-  This was my favorite RPG game of all time.  People said the seventh was better but this one had so many more things you could do.  It had a lot of side quests and random games like the underwater polo game.  The graphics and the story for this game was great as well.

Top Video Games 15-11

15.  Age Of Empire II (PC)-  My favorite strategy game ever. You had to start out as a little hut and then transform that into a powerful force.  You had to go through ages to build better things but the whole concept of starting from nothing and then building an empire is what made it so fun and plus you were in control of it all and able to take over your enemies.

14. Sonic the Hedgehog (Sega)-  Who did not like Sonic the Hedgehog.  There was so many that i just had to list it as one.  Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles made this game very entertaining.  The gameplay was simple which kind of made it fun when you were younger.

13 Harvest Moon (PS)-  Who doesn't like be raised up on a farm and milking cows everyday and making money.  This game was addicting for some way even though the actions were kind of repetitive.  You would take care of your animals to earn money and then up grade to big and better thing.  You were able to marry a women and breed animals all at once.  This game was very enjoyable for some weird way.

12 Final Fantasy VII (PS)-  The first real RPG of its time. You got to be as Cloud and play with him for 4 discs. The graphics on this game was a head of its time.  The depth of this game was ridiculous.  You had 4 discs to do so you better be able to advance.  This was the best RPG to be made at that time but the game did seem like it took forever.

11 Guitar Hero World Tour (XBOX 360)-  This game was fun for everybody.  I had the whole set drums, mic, and both guitars.  Any one could play this game not even if you super uncoordinated.  We would play for hours and hours until our eyes hurt or get blisters using the drum sticks.  The only downside is that after you play all the sings over 100 times it kind of got a little repetitive and to by a new song it cost almost 2 dollars but overall this game was so much fun.

Top Video Games 20-16

20. Goldeneye (N64)-  This was the best shooter game to come out for the N64.  It revolutionized first person shooters and it was such a joy to play. It would have gotten higher rating but the lasting game play has fallen because of how advance first person shooter have become.

19. Ken Griffey's Jr.Winning Run (SNES)- By far my favorite baseball game of all time.  You had Frank Liberty, Jack Hammer and  people with the most random name.  That what made it so fun because you knew who they were referring to.  The game play itself was fun because it was basic and enjoyable.

18. Sims (PC) - The Sims was a game ahead of its time.  You were able to make one person and have almost real life interactions with other "sims." You could do so many thing to customize your little sim by choosing what his job was, where he lived, and the list goes on.  This game entertained me non stop when i first got and with all the expansion pack your sims life could be almost anything you wanted it to be.

17. Halo 3 (XBOX 360)-  This game did not live up to the Halo 2 but this game brought a lot of fun.  The basic Halo controls made it fun as well as the online play.  I loved being able to play online with all you friends playing on just one TV.  The co-op was fun even though the story was ok.

16. Fifa 2009 (XBOX 360)-  I have been playing it for almost a year straight.  The gameplay is second to none and the graphics are amazing for a soccer game.  It definitely had lasting appeal until the next Fifa comes out.  The thing that distinguished this Fifa from the rest was Ultimate Team.  Being able to make your own team by buying pack of cards was exciting in itself.  Hopefully Fifa 2010 lives up to its predecessor.
